Make delicious tartelettes with this Special Edition Mix. With this mix you can make 10 small tartelettes (Ø10 cm) or 2 large tartelettes (Ø20 cm). The tartelettes have a tasty crispy bottom. Make classic tartelettes with crème patisserie and fruit or fill them with chocolate mousse, caramel, fruity spread, bavarios and more. Or make one of our savory tartelettes.

Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For approx. 10 tartelettes of 10 cm or 2 tartelettes of 20 cm: Knead 500 g mix, 200 g butter, 1 egg (50 g) and 25 ml water to a firm dough. Wrap in plastic foil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C). Knead the dough and roll out to a thickness of 3 mm on a floured flat surface. Line the greased tart pan(s) with the dough. Bake the tartelettes in approx. 15 min.
