  • 500 gram FunCakes Mix for Sweet Cookie & Crust
  • 75 gram FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream®
  • 250 gram FunCakes Almondpaste
  • FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder
  • FunCakes Bake Release Spray
  • FunCakes disposable decorating bag
  • 155 gram soft unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 ml skimmed milk
  • Different kinds of fruits like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, pineapple etc.
  • Edible flowers
  • Wilton Recipe Right Springform Ø 25 cm
  • Wilton Wide Glide rolling pin
  • Wilton parchment paper

Mix 500 gram Mix for Sweet Cookie & Crust with 155 gram butter and 1 egg. Knead this until you have a firm dough and let it harden in the fridge for approx. 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Then roll out the dough on a with Magic Roll-Out Powder covered work surface to the size of your springform with a thickness of approx. 8 m.. Place parchment paper on the bottom of the springform and grease the rest with Cake Release. Place the dough in the springform and divide it well along the edges. Mix 250 gram almondpaste with 1 egg and fill up a decorating bag. Pipe in the almondpaste in a zigzag movement over the dough. Bake the cake in approx. 35 minutes. Let it cool down after baking.

Mix 75 gram Mix for Enchanted Cream® with 50 ml milk and 50 ml water on high speed for 3 minutes. Divide the cream on top of the cookie. Cut the fruits if necessary and place these on top of the cream. Decorate with fresh edible flowers.
