Special Edition: Ruby Cake

Ruby, Ruby, Ruby! With this new mix you can bake a delicious fruity cake with Ruby and white chocolate chips! The mix is also suitable for baking cupcakes and loaf cakes. The cake has a beautiful pink colour after baking.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 200 g of (cream) butter soft. Add 400 g of the mix with 4 eggs (200 g) and mix on medium speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter. Grease a baking pan of approx. 25 cm (10”) long. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 55 minutes until golden. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
Can also be used to bake cupcakes: bake 12-15 cupcakes in the oven for approx. 18-23 minutes.

sugar, wheat flour, white chocolate pieces (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, natural vanilla flavouring, emulsifier: E322 (soy)) (4%), ruby chocolate pieces (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: E322 (soy), acid: E330, natural vanilla flavouring) (3%), cranberry (dried) (2%), raising agent: E450, E500, emulsifier: E472b, E477, salt, glucose syrup (dried), skimmed milk powder, natural flavouring, thickener: E415, colour: E120, vegetable oil and fat (sunflower).
