Special Edition: Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Do you fancy chocolate cookies? Then this mix is perfect for you! With this mix you can bake delicious chewy choco cookies with chocolate pieces! Just add butter, egg and water to the mixture and your dough is ready to go. With this mix you can bake approx. 10-12 cookies of approx. 7-10 cm.

Preparation:
All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Use dough hooks to mix 400 g mix, 80 g (cream) butter 1 egg (50 g) and 8 ml water to a firm dough. Make a roll of approx. Ø 5 cm, wrap in foil and rest in refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven at 175°C (convection oven 150°C). Cut cookies of 2 cm thickness with a sharp knife. Grease or cover a baking tray with parchment paper and lay the cookies on. Keep enough space between the cookies. Bake for 13-16 minutes. Store in a cookie jar after cooling off. Suitable for approx. 10-12 cookies of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
