Special Edition: Choux Pastry

Make your own delicious choux pastry with this mix! Just add water and eggs to the mix and you can prepare a delicious choux pastry dough. With this dough you can make 40 small of 8 large puffs. Fill the puffs after cooling down with a sweet filling such as whipped cream, bavarian cream or Swiss cream.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 220°C (convection air 200°C). All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 200 g mix, 180 ml water and 6 eggs (300 g) in 6 minutes at medium speed to a smooth batter. Pipe dots in one movement with a round tip of approx. Ø 3-6 cm on a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake the puffs in approx. 25 minutes. After cooling down fill the puffs by choice with whipped cream, bavarian cream or Swiss cream.

wheat starch, vegetable oil and fat (palm), corn starch, glucose syrup (dried), wheat flour, modified starch, raising agent: E450, E500, milk protein, salt, flavouring (milk). For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: egg, soy and lupin.
