Special Edition: American Brownie

Bake delicious fudge chocolate Brownie with this Special Edition mix for American Brownie! The mix has rich chocolate ingredients for a full flavour! The mix is easy to use and that makes it great for everybody that loves to bake.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C). Mix 500 g mix and 200 g melted butter. Add 3 eggs (150 g) and mix on low speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Add 125 g of chopped walnuts and/or hazelnuts if desired. Line a buttered baking pan (20×20 cm) with baking paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownie in the middle of the oven for 35 minutes. Don’t open the oven while baking! The brownie will remain soft and creamy on the inside. After baking, let the brownie cool down and let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least an hour before slicing.
