Roll-Out Powder

The roll-out powder, also known as Bäckerstärke in Germany is a very fine potato starch. This powder is very suitable for rolling out fondant, marzipan and dough. But you can also use the powder for dusting silicone molds.

Preparation:
Particularly suitable to spotlessly roll out fondant, marzipan and dough. Also suitable for silicone molds.

Tip:
use a fine sieve or dusting pouch for equal distribution.

potato starch, anticaking agent: E551. Halal certified.
