Red Velvet Cake


  • 330 gram mix
  • 2 eggs (approx. 100 gram)
  • 65 ml vegetable oil
  • 130 ml water

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Put the mix, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6-8 minutes to a light batter. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the oven.
