Pistachio cookies


  • 400 grams FunCakes mix for Cookies
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams butter
  • 100 grams FunCakes almond flour
  • 100 grams pistachio nuts
  • Round cookie cutter

Preheat the oven at 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Knead 400 grams mixture, the butter, the egg and the almond flour to a firm dough. Chop the pistachios and add it to the dough. Let the dough stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Roll out the dough on a with flour covered surface till 0.5 cm thickness. Cut out the cookies and bake them in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool down and decorate them as you wish.

Number of cookies:
approx. 30-40 cookies.
