Limoncello bundt


  • 400 gram FunCakes Mix for Limoncello Cake
  • 150 gram FunCakes Mix for Dip ’n Drip – White
  • FunCakes Mini Stars – Yellow
  • FunCakes Confetti Metallic Yellow
  • FunCakes Marzipan Chrysanthemums small
  • 4 eggs
  • 175 gram soft unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 21 ml Limoncello (for an alcohol-free version use water)
  • FunCakes Bake Release Spray
  • FunCakes disposable decorating bags 30 cm
  • Wilton Recipe Right Fluted Tube Pan

Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C) and grease the bundt pan with baking spray. Add the mix, 4 eggs and 175 gram of soft butter to a bowl and mix in 4 minutes to a smooth batter. Fill the bundt pan with batter and bake for 50-55 minutes in the middle of the oven. Release directly after baking on a cooling grid to cool down.

Prepare the Mix for Dip ‘n Drip with Limoncello, warm shortly in the micro wave (10 sec) and fill a decorating bag with it. Cut off a small tip of the decorating bag and let it drip over the bundt. Add lemon zest of half a lemon on top as well as a mix of stars and confetti. Place a chrysanthemum here and there and decorate with some slices of lemon.
