Kiwi lemon dessert


  • 50 gram of FunCakes Mix for Bavarois – Lemon
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 10 ripe kiwis
  • 3 table spoons of fine crystal sugar
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • FunCakes disposable decorating bags – 30 cm
  • Wilton measuring spoons
  • (hand) blender
  • Dessert glasses
  • Umbrellas

Peel 8 kiwis, cut them in large pieces and blend them to a smooth paste with the blender. Measure 1,5 cup. Add 1 cup of orange juice to it and 3 table spoons of fine crystal sugar. Heat in a pan for a bit and stir until the sugar has completely been absorbed. Let this cool down. Fill a decorating bag with the kiwi paste. Place the glasses a bit slant and let the kiwi paste go in. Place them in the same position in the fridge for a couple of hours. This way they will keep the plant shape when adding the bavarois.

Now beat 250 the whipped cream for a bit. Mix 50 gram of Mix for Bavarois with 60 ml of water and carefully fold in the whipped cram with a spatula. Fill a decorating bag with it and pipe this on top of the frozen kiwi paste. Save them in the fridge for the bavarois to stiffen.

Cut the remaining 2 kiwis in small pieces. Put these on top of the bavarois. Decorate with a paper umbrella.
