Glaze Topping

The Glaze Topping is an easy way to give your Bavarian cakes, desserts and others treats a beautiful mirror top layer. This product is also known as cold gel.

Instructions:
for cold use spread with a pallet knife on e.g. Bavarian cakes and desserts. Or use a brush to conserve fresh fruit. Colouring possible. Stir before use.
