Prepare the Mix for Tartelettes as indicated on the package, wrap it in plastic foil and leave to set in the refrigerator for an hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C) and grease the quiche pan with Bake Release Spray.

Get the dough out of the refrigerator, knead it well and roll it out on a with Magic Roll-Out Powder covered working surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Place the dough into the quiche pan and cut the excess dough diagonally along the edge. Press holes in the bottom with a fork and bake the tartelette until golden brown in 18-20 minutes.

Prepare the Mix for Enchanted Cream® as indicated on the package or as said in this basic recipe and divide it into three portions. Give two portions two different shades of pink with the FunColours Gel and colour the third portion purple. Place decorating tips #8B, #4B and #32 in a decorating bag and fill each with one of the portions of cream.

Spread a layer of caramel paste on the bottom of the tartelette. Melt the Deco Melts in the microwave at 450W with occasional stirring. When it’s almost completely melted, take it out of the microwave and stir away the last visible pieces. Allow to cool slightly and pour on the caramel paste, if necessary make it smooth with a palette knife.

Put the tartelette in the fridge for about 10 minutes to allow the melts to stiffen. Place the decorated donuts and macarons (possibly with a tuft of Enchanted Cream®) on the tartelette. Pipe various colors and sizes of tufts around them. Finally, sprinkle the various sprinkles over it.
