Filled cookies


  • 400 gram FunCakes mix for Cookies
  • 250 gram FunCakes almondapaste
  • 20 gram castar sugar
  • 10 gram FunCakes baking powder
  • 125 gram butter
  • 1 ei (50 gram)
  • some almonds for decorating


Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C). Knead the mix for cookies, the butter, the sugar, the baking powder and the egg to a balle. Leave the dough in the fridge for a while to stiffen.

Roll out the dough and cut out equal circles with a cutter. Place a ball of almond paste on each circle; the ball should be smaller than the dough. Place a second circle on top, then lift it all up and squeeze the edges together with your fingers.

Place the cookies spaced out evenly on a baking tray with baking paper. Brush the top with beaten egg and put an almond in the middle of each cookie. Bake the cookies in approx. 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

12-15 pieces.
