• 500 gram mix
  • 150 gram butter
  • 1 egg (approx. 50 gram)


Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Knead 500 gram mix, 150 gram butter and 1 egg (50 g) to a firm dough. Let it stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured flat (0,3 cm thickness), cut out the cookies. Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for approximately 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool down and decorate as desired.
