Chocolates with praline cream

Materials:

  • 350 gram FunCakes melts dark
  • Chocolate Mould Coffee Cup
  • 100 gram whipping cream
  • 50 gramsbutter
  • 200 gram FunCakes melts milk
  • 50 gram FunCakes praline hazelnut filling
  • FunCakes nonpareils bronze

Preparation:
Put the desired quantity of melts into a plastic or glass bowl. Place this bowl in the microwave and melt the melts at maximum power (± 800 Watt). Every 15 to 20 seconds, remove the chocolate from the microwave and stir it well so that the temperature is spread through it evenly. Continue doing this until the chocolate is nearly melted; small pieces of chocolate may still be visible. Stop warming and stir the chocolate well until all the pieces of chocolate are melted and you have a uniform mass of chocolate.

The chocolate is now ready to use, pour the chocolate in the chocolate molds and let the chocolate be hard.

Heat the whipping cream and butter until the cream almost boils. Now add the milk melts and the praline filling and stir until the chocolate is melted and it is a homogeneous mass.

Let it all cool down and fill a decorating bag with the praline filling. Pipe a swirl on the chocolates and decorate them with nonpareils.
