Chocolate swirl cookies

Materials:

  • 500 gram FunCakes Mix for Cookies
  • 150 gram butter
  • 1 egg (50 gram)
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Knead 500 gram mix with 150 grams butter and 1 egg to a dough. Divide the dough in two parts and mix one part with two tablespoons of cocoa.

Make a square of dough from the ordinary and from the chocolate dough and place them on each other. Make a role from the dough and put this in foil. Put this for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Now cut slices from the role and place the cookies on the baking sheet. Bake them in the middle of the preheated oven in about 12 minutes golden yellow.
