Buttersponge Delight

Materials:

  • 250 gram mix
  • 125 gram butter
  • 4,5 egg (approx. 225 gram)

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190°C (convection oven 170°C). Melt 125 g butter and let it cool down. For a baking pan of Ø 20 cm or a Bundt shaped pan of approx. 22 cm, mix 250 g mix and 4½ eggs (225 g) on high speed in 8 minutes to a light batter. Gently fold the melted butter into the batter until it is mixed properly. Fill a greased baking pan for 2/3 and bake the cake for approx. 25 minutes in the oven. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
