Brownie with strawberry bavarois


  • 180 gram FunCakes mix for Brownies
  • 1 egg
  • 40 gram butter
  • 70 ml water
  • Small baking pan
  • Cutter, in the same shape as the glass
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Whipped cream stiffener
  • 250 gram FunCakes mix for Bavarois strawberry
  • 2 decorating bags
  • Tip 1M
  • Strawberries and lemon balm leaves
  • Crushed nuts
  • 4 glasses

Preheat the oven at 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 180 gram mix, 1 egg, 40 gram butter and 40 ml water in a bowl. Mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Fill an greased and with baking paper covered baking pan with the batter and bake the brownie in approx. 30-35 minutes.

Let the brownie cool down on a cooling grid. Cut out thick layers brownie of 1 cm high and use the cutter to cut out 8 rounds.

Beat 125 ml cream with the stiffener and the sugar. Place the tip in the decorating bag and fill the bag with the cream. Place the bag in the fridge.

Beat 125 ml of whipping cream until the form soft peaks. Mix 25 gram bavarois pulver with 30 ml water. Then carefully fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Fill a bag up with the bavarois.

Fill the glasses first with a layer of brownie, than a layer of bavarois and then a layer of whipped cream. Repeat this till the glasses are full. Spray a beautiful swirl of whipped cream on top and decorate the swirl with raspberries, lemon balm leaves and crushed nuts.
