Bavarois Hazelnut

Bavarois HazelnootThe FunCakes mix for bavarois -hazelnut- is ideal for making a delicious bavarois, filling or dessert.

Preparation:
Beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix the bavarois pulver with the water then carefully fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Prepare immediately then place in the refrigerator to set for approximately 1 hour. Suitable for freezing.

Requirements:
250 ml whipping cream, 50 gram bavarois pulver, 60 ml lukewarm water.
