Banana Royal Cake

Materials:

  • 400 gram FunCakes Special Edition mix for Banana Royal Cake
  • 4 eggs (approx. 200 gram)
  • 200 gram (cream)butter
  • Loaf pan of approx. 25 cm
  • FunCakes Bake Release Spray
  • FunCakes Glaze Topping Choco
  • FunCakes decorating bag

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 200 g of butter soft. Add 400 g of the mix with 4 eggs and mix on low speed for 4 minutes to a smooth batter.

Grease the loaf pan. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 60 minutes until golden. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.

Stir the glaze topping and fill a bag with the topping. Cut off the top of the bag and decorate the cake with the choco.
