  • 500 gram FunCakes Mix for Cupcakes
  • 200 gram FunCakes Mix for Buttercream
  • FunCakes Flavourpaste of your choice
  • 250 gram FunCakes Modelling Paste
  • FunCakes Edible FunColours Gel – Yellow
  • FunCakes Edible FunColours Gel – Orange
  • FunCakes Sugarpearls – Shiny Red
  • FunCakes Sugarpearls – Shiny Black
  • 500 gram soft unsalted butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 ml water
  • FunCakes disposable decorating bags – 41 cm
  • Wilton -Recipe Right- Muffin Pan
  • Wilton decorating tip #1M
  • Wilton piping gel
  • Metallic red baking cups, for example from PME
  • Edible prints of The Incredibles, via Google
  • Ice cream spoon

Make the rectangles from modelling paste on which you’ll be attaching the prints one day in advance. Cut these in the same size as the prints.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Prepare 200 gram of Mix for Buttercream and 500 gram of Mix for Cupcakes as indicated on the package or in the basic recipes for buttercream and cupcakes.

Place the baking cups in the muffin pan and divide the cupcake batter into the pan with an ice cream spoon. Bake the cupcakes for 18-20 minutes and let them cool down completely after baking. Bake a second quantity for the remaining batter.

Flavour the buttercream to taste with the flavour paste of your choice. Then colour the cream dark yellow using the yellow and orange FunColours Gel and fill a decorating bag with tip #1M with it. Pipe nice rosettes on top of the cupcakes and decorate with the black and red sugar pearls.

Cover the modelling paste rectangles with piping gel and stick a print on top. Then insert them into the rosettes on the cupcakes.
