Modelling Chocolate

Make beautiful figures and roses with the FunCakes modelling chocolate. Also suitable for covering cakes and cupcakes, mix it then with fondant or marzipan.

The modelling chocolate is made of the finest Belgian chocolate and has a delicious flavour. The chocolate is ready to use, no melting or tempering is required.

Available in dark, milk and white.

Preparation:
Knead the chocolate well until it is smooth. Model as desired. Mix with fondant or marzipan for delicious cake decoration, ratio 1:1. Store the opened packaging well sealed at room temperature.

Ingredients:
Dark: dark chocolate (62%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 (soy), vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids (53,8%) (milk)), glucose syrup, water, humectant: E422.
Milk: milk chocolate (68%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: E322 (soy), vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids (33,6%), milk solids (20,8%)), glucose syrup, water, humectant: E422.
White: white chocolate (68%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: E322 (soy), vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids (28%)), glucose syrup, water, humectant: E422.
