Low Sugar: Crème Patisserie

Easily make a Crème Patisserie with less sugar with this low sugar mix. The mix is easy to prepare, just add water. Crème Patisserie, also known as custard cream, is perfect for filling tarts and cream tarts, as a filling in your cupcake or as a swirl on cupcakes.

This mix contains 70% less sugar compared to the regular FunCakes Mix for Crème Patisserie.

Preparation:
Mix 200 g mix with 500 ml water. Beat the custard for approx. 5 minutes with a whisk or mixer. Let the cream set for a while before using. Can be used as a filling for pies, cream puffs and doughnuts. Can also be baked in or on a product, like a cake.

stabiliser: E420, modified starch (potato), chicory fiber, milk powder (skimmed), whey powder (milk), vegetable oil and fat (coconut), gelling agent: E516, E450, E339, E401, preservative: E202, natural flavouring, colour: E160b, E101, dextrose, flavouring.
