Low sugar crème patisserie pastry

Materials:

  • 200 gram FunCakes Mix voor Crème patisserie – Low Sugar
  • 500 ml water
  • FunCakes disposable decorating bag
  • Wilton tip #1M
  • Pastry, ready to use
  • Blackberries
  • Edible violets

Preparation:
Mix 200 g mix with 500 ml water. Beat the custard for approx. 5 minutes with a whisk or mixer. Let the cream set for a while before using.

Place the tip in the decorating bag and fill this with the cream. Fill up the pastry with the crème patisserie and decorate them with the blackberries and violets.
