Gluten Free Sponge Cake

Make a delicious gluten free sponge cake with this mix from FunCakes. This mix is made of traditional quality and the perfect base for various kinds of cakes.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 175°C (convection oven 165°C). For one Ø 20 cm cake, mix 250 g mix, 230 g eggs (4½ pcs), and 20 ml water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 8-10 minutes and pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

sugar, rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, raising agents: E450, E500, emulsifiers: E475, E433, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavor, thickener: E412, color: E160a.
