Gluten Free Red Velvet Cake

Make a delicious gluten free red velvet cake with this mix from FunCakes. With this mix you can make a velveteen fluffy cake or cupcakes with a light chocolate flavour.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 140 g of (cream) butter soft. Add the mix and 4 eggs (200 g) and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes to a smooth batter. Pour the batter in a greased baking pan of approx. Ø18/20 cm and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 50 minutes. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.

This product is free from palm oil, preservatives, AZO colourings, GMO and hydrogenated fats. Gluten-free.
