Gluten Free Macarons

Easily make gluten free macarons with this mix from FunCakes. Making the macarons is easy, you only have to add the eggs to the mix! Tip: you can colour the macarons with a colouring.

Preparation:
Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 300 g mix with 70 g egg white, add colouring to your preference. Mix at high speed for min. 5 minutes. Fill a piping bag and make circles on a macaron mat. Rest for two hours. Preheat the oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C). Bake for 15 minutes.

With 300 gram mix you can fill a macaronmat of 48 rounds with a dia of 3,5 cm. This allows you to make 24 macarons.

sugar, rice starch, almond flour, modified starch, corn starch, egg white, milk proteins, color: E171, flavors, acidity regulator: E575. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: other nuts. This product is certified Halal. Free from palm oil, preservatives, AZO colourings, GMO and hydrogenated fat. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians.

Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
