Mix for Lace Gluten Free

With this FunCakes mix you can make an edible lace to decorate cakes. Use it plain or give the lace a colour of your choice and pick a lace mat with your favourite design. Apply the lace along the side of your cake or on top of a cupcake for an elegant look. Ideal for wedding cakes! Plus, this mix is also completely gluten free!

Mix for Lace White Gluten Free

Sugar (38%), starch (corn, potato), glucose syrup, modified starch (corn), maltodextrin, emulsifier: E471, colour: E170, thickener: E401, acidity regulator: E339, thickener: E415, flavouring.

May contain traces of: egg, soy, milk.

Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.

Preparation of Mix for Lace Gluten Free

Ingredients need to be at room temperature.

Use 50 g mix and 50 ml water.

Preheat the oven to 110°C (convection oven 100°C).

Put the mix and the water in a bowl.

Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes to a smooth batter.

Process the mixture within 2 hours to prevent it from drying out and make sure to cover it with plastic foil in between.

Fill a lace mat with the mixture.

Bake the lace for 9-12 minutes in the preheated oven.
