Gluten Free Carrot Cake

Make your own delicious carrot cake with this mix from FunCakes. Great to serve with some coffee or with a high tea.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 170°C (convection oven 150°C). Mix the mix with 120 g of oil (sunflower) or 120 g of melted butter and 200 g of egg. Mix for approximately 3 minutes on medium speed until the mixture thickens and is pale in colour. Add 150 g of grated carrots. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and bake for approximately 50 minutes.

Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
