Gluten Free Buttercream

Make a delicious sweet buttercream with this gluten free mix from FunCakes.

Preparation:
Mix 150 g of mix with 100 ml water. Let it rest for 1 hour. Whip 180 g of softened butter for 2 minutes. Add half of the softened butter to the mix and mix until the mixture has been completely absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed.

Ingredients:
sugar, dextrose, modified starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), glucose syrup, corn starch, skimmed milk powder, thickener: E404, flavors, milk protein, acidity regulator: E330, emulsifiers: E472, E471, stabiliser: E340. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of: eggs and nuts. Gluten-free.

Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
