Gluten Free Brownies

The most delicious gluten free chocolate brownies are off course made with this FunCakes mix! Simply add butter and eggs to the mix and you easily create a tasteful brownie!

Preparation:
Preheat the oven at 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 500 g mix, 250 g butter and 190 g eggs (3½-4 pcs) in a bowl. Mix for 3 minutes at medium speed to a thick batter. Fill a greased baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
