Edible Lace

This edible lace is ready to use directly from the package! The lace can be easily spread over the mould and releases easy after baking. It stays flexible for a long time after baking, this makes decorating much easier.

Preparation:
Spread the mixture with a spatula on a silicone mat suitable for lace. Dry in the oven for 30 minutes at 50°C. Once opened, limited shelf-life.

White: water, maltodextrin, glucose powder, gelling agent: E440, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulator: E330, colour: E171, humectant: E422, anticaking agent: E555, thickener: E404, emulsifier: E471, corn starch, preservative: E202.
May contain traces of eggs, milk, peanuts, soy and nuts.
