Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Knead 500 gram mix with 1 egg, 60 gram butter and 60 ml water into a firm dough and let it stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface (2-3 mm thickness) and cut out the cookies. Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for approx. 10-12 minutes until done. Let the cookies cool down.

Mix the icing sugar, the egg white powder and 30 ml water in a bowl and mix this in 8 minutes to a stiff white mixture. Make the icing a bit thinner with some water until it has a thickness of thick yogurt. Place the tip in the decorating bag and fill it up with the mixture. With the icing pipe a head, rib cage and bones on the cookies and let them dry overnight.

The next day you can decorate the cookies with the coloured food pens.
