Dark chocolate loaf cake

Materials:

  • 400 gram FunCakes Special Edition Mix for Dark Chocolate Cake
  • 180 gram soft (cream)butter
  • 4 eggs (approx. 200 gram)
  • 25 ml water
  • Loaf pan of 25 cm
  • FunCakes bake release spray
  • Cake grid

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 180 g of (cream) butter soft. Add 400 g of the mix, 4 eggs (200 g) and 25 ml water and mix on low speed for 4 minutes to a stiff batter.

Grease the pan of approx. 25 cm long. Pour the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the centre of the oven for approx. 60 minutes. Release the cake immediately after baking and let it cool down on a cake grid.
