Coconut brownie cake

Materials:

  • 360 grams FunCakes mix for Brownies
  • 2 eggs (approx. 100 gram)
  • 40 grams butter
  • 75 ml water
  • 250 grams FunCakes mix for Cupcakes
  • 125 grams butter
  • 3 eggs (approx. 100 gram)
  • 100 grams coconut
  • 100 gram FunCakes Chocolate chunks dark
  • Round baking pan 25 cm

Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

Mix 360 grams mix for brownies, 2 eggs, 40 grams butter and 75 ml water in 3 minutes on low speed until a thick batter. Grease the baking pan with some butter. Fill the bottom of the pan with the brownie batter and sprinkle the chunks over the batter.

Mix 250 grams mix for cupcakes, 125 grams butter, 3 eggs and 100 gram coconut in 4 minutes on low speed until a smooth batter. Scoop the batter over the brownie batter in the pan.

Bake the cake in approx. 40 minutes.
