Carrot Cake

Make with the FunCakes mix for Carrot Cake a delicious spicy carrot cake with a firm texture. Make the cake extra delicious with walnuts, raisins and layer of delightful glaze.

Preparation:
All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Put the mixture, eggs, butter and water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins and/or bake stable chocolate) if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven. After cooling you can apply a chocolate glaze. This mix can also be used to bake chocolate muffins.
