Caramel Cake

Materials:

  • 500 gram FunCakes mix for Caramel Cake
  • 250 gram butter
  • 4 eggs (approx. 220 gram)
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • Loaf pan 24 cm or round cake pan 20 cm

Preparation:
Make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C).

Mix 500 gram mixture, 250 gram butter, 4 eggs and 3 tablespoons of water. Mix this in 4 minutes on low speed to a smooth batter.

Grease and flour the loaf pan or round cake pan. Fill the baking pan with the batter and bake the cake in approx. 70 minutes.
