Cappuccino fudge with white chocolate

Materials:

  • 1 jar condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons FunCakes flavouring cappuccino
  • 400 gram FunCakes chocolate melts milk
  • 200 gram FunCakes chocolate melts white
  • Baking pan 20×30 cm
  • Parchment paper
  • FunCakes disposable decoration bag

Preparation:
Heat the condensed milk in a small pan and add little by little the milk chocolate melts and the flavouring. Put the mixture in a baking pan with baking paper. Let it harden.

Put the desired quantity of melts into a plastic or glass bowl. Place this bowl in the microwave and melt the melts at maximum power (± 800 Watt). Every 15 to 20 seconds, remove the chocolate from the microwave and stir it well so that the temperature is spread through it evenly. Continue doing this until the chocolate is nearly melted; small pieces of chocolate may still be visible. Stop warming and stir the chocolate well until all the pieces of chocolate are melted and you have a uniform mass of chocolate.

Fill a decorating bag with the white chocolate and pipe the chocolate over the fudge. Cut the fudge into equal pieces.
