Brownies with vanilla ice cream


  • 100 gram FunCakes mix for Vanilla ice cream, gluten free
  • 200 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons FunCakes flavour paste vanilla
  • FunCakes sugar strands colour mix
  • Mini cake pan

Mix 100 gram mix with 200 ml milk and the flavour paste and whisk it for about 2 minutes on high speed. Let it cool in the freezer for about 3 hours.

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix the mix, eggs, butter and water and whisk it quietly in 3 minutes until a thick batter. Lubricate the pan and fill it with the batter and bake the brownies in 15 minutes. Let the brownies cool down.

Cut the ice cream into slices and place a brownie at the top and one at the bottom. Sprinkle a little bit of the sugar strands on the ice creams.
