Banana bread

Materials:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 240 grams melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon FunCakes flavouring vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon FunCakes baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 195 grams flour
  • 200 grams sugar
  • Loaf pan

Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C).

Mash the bananas with a fork and add the melted butter. Add the sugar, the egg, the vanilla, the baking soda and sugar to the banana mixture. At last mix the flour through the banana mixture and fill a greased baking pan with the batter.

Bake the banana bread in about 60 minutes in the oven.
