Apple cake with Swiss cream


  • 500 gram FunCakes mix for Cupcakes
  • 5 eggs (approx. 250 gram)
  • 250 gram butter
  • 3 big apples
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon FunCakes flavouring Cinnamon
  • Round baking pan 28 cm
  • 200 gram FunCakes mix for Crème pâtissière
  • 500 ml water
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • FunCakes disposable decorating bag

All the ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven on 180°C (convection oven 160°C ).

Mix 500 grams mix for cupcakes, 250 grams butter, 1 tablespoon cinnamon flavouring and 5 eggs on low speed to a smooth batter in 4 minutes. Grease the pan of 28 cm and sprinkle some flour in the pan. Fill the pan with the batter.

Peel the apples and cut them into equal pieces. Mix the apples with the sugar and spread them on the top of the cake. Bake the cake for approx. 40-45 minutes.

Add 500 ml of water to 200 grams of mix for crème pâtissière andbeat for approx. 5 minutes to a smooth mass. Whip the cream and mix the crème pâtissière through the whipping cream. Put the mixture in a decoration bag and pipe a swirl on your apple cake.

12 – 16 slices.
